Note
- The benefits for each category (such as logo placement on the website) will be activated only after the booking amount is received.
- GST @ 18% must be included in every installment payment.
- Cancellations are non-refundable.
- Exhibitors will receive complimentary accommodations in 3-star or 4-star hotels, either at the exhibition venue or nearby, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The stay includes a two-day AP plan, as specified for exhibitors.
- If you book multiple stalls and wish to remove the partition, an additional fee of ₹10,000 will apply.
- The organizers reserve the right to adjust the exhibition layout as needed.
- All stalls will follow the standard Octonorm design (3m x 3m) with a carpeted finish and include one table, two chairs, one dustbin, three spotlights, and one plug point.
- Startup stalls will be reserved for first-time exhibitors, with the organizers retaining discretion over allocations.
